Who we are

My name is Ed. In 2024, my son and I purchased the rights to Colonial Drafting from Sharon Carroll and the Alan Carroll Family with a promise to keep his library alive and continue the legacy he has built.

I have been framing houses for over 35 years along with house designing.

My son Travis's background is in architectural and structural design working for Gelinas Structural Engineering since 2021.

We have a library of over 500 stock plans that Alan Carroll meticulously crafted. These plans are available for purchase today along with any revisions or additions that may be needed.
